Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty, subject to exceptions provided by law.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
Before the expiration of the 14-day period, you must send us a clear statement expressing your wish to withdraw.

Please specify in your request:
* your first and last name;
* your order number;
* the email address used at the time of purchase;
* the product(s) concerned;
* the date of receipt of the order.
You can also use the standard withdrawal form available at the bottom of this page, but its use is not mandatory. Any clear and unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw is valid.
After receiving your request, our customer service will provide you with instructions and the address to which the product should be returned.
An online withdrawal feature may also be made available to the consumer in accordance with the legal provisions applicable to contracts concluded online.
Product returns
After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you have a maximum period of 14 days to return the products concerned.
Products must be returned:
* complete;
* accompanied by their accessories and any manuals;
* properly protected;
* when reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
The customer may be held responsible for the depreciation of the product when it results from handling other than what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
Return costs
As part of exercising the right of withdrawal, direct return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
The customer may choose the carrier of their choice. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number and keeping the proof of shipment until the refund is received.
Return costs will be covered by DoctorDent only when the error is attributable to us, particularly in cases of:
* defective product received;
* product not conforming to the order;
* incorrect product sent;
* order preparation error.
Refund
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amounts paid for the products concerned, as well as the initially paid standard delivery charges.
The refund will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery method offered will not be refunded.
We may delay the refund until:
* recovery of the returned products; or
* receipt of proof of their shipment;
the date considered being the first of these events.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to use another refund method. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
* goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;
* goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
* sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed after delivery.
For dental products or those intended to come into contact with the mouth, the hygiene exception applies only when the product was supplied in a sealed package or protective seal and that seal has been opened or removed after delivery.
Simply opening the shipping package does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.
Damaged or non-compliant products
The right of withdrawal is separate from legal warranties.
